Our in-house team delivers a fixed-price refurb, typically completed in 6–8 weeks, ready for tenants.

Lettings & Management

We source and manage working tenants end-to-end, offering a reliable, hands-off rental experience.

Refinance & Repeat

After 6 months, refinance on a 75% interest-only mortgage, pull out your capital, and repeat the process.
